Today we picked up the takeaway for the first time due to the corona. We weren't sure whether we would be disappointed, because otherwise we always appreciate the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. We have not been disappointed! Disregarding the fact that the food is naturally packaged and transported, it is very good. The owner Μιχαήλ (Michael) is friendly and accommodating. Corona or not we'll be back! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!
The most wonderful family Greek in the world!
We spontaneously dined there with 8 people. Condition was very friendly and always present. The food was very tasty, served hot and quickly and inexpensive. None of the 8 of us had anything to complain about. The ambience is very simple (e.g. no tablecloths) but we had a nice evening. We'll definitely be back.
Tip top price performance is great. Where you can get a soup salad main course plus drink for a little over 10 euros as a lunch course.
We were surprised by the low prices that followed the service. Food was ok but somehow very simple there was a lack of spices and delicacy so we ate better in simple Greek snacks. There are better restaurants in Barmbek, so it will be a second visit Not give. Operation / service owner nice the lady who served us rather apathetically with drooping corners of her mouth.
Food, drinks and service were as expected. Reservation is recommended.
Solid "Greek" with the usual range of dishes. Ideal for relaxing in the summer after work - the outdoor area surrounded by high hedges offers sun until the evening hours. The owners are reservedly friendly. Two free ouzos (one before and one after dinner) are guaranteed.
Very satisfied !! Gyros (lunch table) was delicious
Great traditional food. Large portions and good meat quality that is perfectly seasoned.
Very good Greek! I don't understand how many people can complain about every cheese here. To make it clear to everyone again: This is a local, small, cozy Greek around the corner. As I see it here are some really wanting Gordon Ramseys and think waiters and chefs kiss their feet with a pseudo-friendly smile.
Unfortunately, in times of Corona, no more takeaway food can be ordered. But now again the nearby house greek on the corner in our residential area.
It is really very nice and tasty.
My favorite Greek for over 20 years. The food is always delicious The starter no. 11 😋 is particularly recommended
As always: great!
I was positively surprised! Everything is kept very simple and simple from the outside and inside. The service was always friendly and nice. The food was very tasty. This was my first, but certainly not my last visit. Recommended!
best gyros ever. very cozy and greek. the atmo is right. again and again.
The reviews here are very surprising. Unfortunately that's why we went there. The place was very empty. The service was uninterested and almost listless. Watched TV in parallel. The salad beforehand was okay. The (free) ouzo that was served was very “light”, probably stretched with water. Food came very quickly; We each ordered a meat platter. Unfortunately the meat was almost inedible. Giros didn't taste fresh off the spit, but rather like it was warmed up in a pan. The meat skewers had a very strange consistency and a strange taste of their own. Only the fries were good. Personal conclusion: we don't go there anymore. Service (elderly man and elderly lady) were not interested in us and not that we didn't like it and that the plates were full. Ambience a bit old. Food not appropriate, not even if reasonably cheap with 14 euros for a meat platter on average. After all: 3 types of draft beer
Very friendly service. Clean. Good kitchen. Hardly any parking spaces available. Recommended Reserve.
We ate there and stressed that we were vegetarian - and then found meat inside our pasta !! disgusting
Good honest Greek. Simple but tasty appetizers, good quality meat, my tip: lamb !, chips top and a delicious jever on tap ........ In addition very attentive service.
Very small portions, unusual for Greeks. Bit pricey and for extra sauce too.
My boyfriend and I ended up going here on a night when our regular favorite Greek spot (Lefkas) was too full to take us. We'd heard good things about this restaurant and the pictures of the food looked good, so we drove over to check it out. As I was starving, I was happy that we were seated immediately (it was a Tuesday night and the place was fairly empty) and that our order was taken quickly and the food didn't take long to come out either. The service was friendly and efficient, and the starters (chicken soup, tarama dip and the salads) were all quite good. The chicken soup in particular was very flavorful and rich. The main courses were ok -- the food was freshly made, well-cooked and seasoned, and the portions were big enough to satisfy two hungry and good eaters. The one exception was the Hacksteak that my boyfriend got, which tasted a little odd -- like it had been made with a bad onion. All in all, the experience was ok but we both decided we'd rather not go back because we know we can get food we REALLY enjoy elsewhere for the same price or less.
Greek good, all good. Always delicious food, outside in summer. As picture: The Kentauros plate. Next to it: the lamb fillet with fries.
